The MT-UPM-INT-R7-3P-DMD-600A-CZ-Z6-CZ-ZZ4-M2 service entrance disconnect switch provides a safe and reliable way for operators in industrial settings to tap into and utilize power sources independently of the work area. Compatible with three-phase 27600V AC Delta or Wye, the Interrupter features a manual operating handle. This 3-pole, 3-wire disconnect carries a 600A RMS at 27600V AC interrupt rating, Horizontal Mount.   

Operation: The dead front MT-UPM-INT-R7-3P-DMD-600A-CZ-Z6-CZ-ZZ4-M2 features a locking door. The door provides access to a permanently attached operating handle, which is used for manually disconnecting or connecting power.                     

Enclosure Design: The MT-UPM-INT-R7-3P-DMD-600A-CZ-Z6-CZ-ZZ4-M2 is protected by an 11GA sheet steel enclosure with ANSI 49 grey finish. A ventilated design promotes natural cooling and improves performance.

Protective Construction: The MT-UPM-INT-R7-3P-DMD-600A-CZ-Z6-CZ-ZZ4-M2 is protected from the elements via a steel weatherproof enclosure with drip shield. Equipped with a hinged locking door, the panelboard carries a NEMA 3R rating for use in indoor or outdoor locations and protection from water, debris, corrosion, and external ice formation. This enclosure provides protection against falling rain and light ice formation. The NEMA 3R rated enclosure prevents beating rain from interfering with the successful operation of the apparatus or result in wetting of live parts and wiring within the enclosure under specified conditions. This unit is compatible with wall mounting installations.

Mount: Operators can mount the service entrance disconnect on poles.

Certification: This Interrupter is NRTL listed to UL 98 dead front switchboards and NRTL listed for service equipment.

Customization: The MT-UPM-INT-R7-3P-DMD-600A-CZ-Z6-CZ-ZZ4-M2 can be customized to meet specific operating and power requirements. Example of customizations include:

• Making the LBS portable and certified to NRTL UL 1640 for portable equipment

• Adding single pole camlock connectors for quick connections
